Returns

Please choose carefully when selecting your light bulbs. Due to their fragile nature, we do not offer any exchange or refund for light bulbs unless they are deemed faulty. Please review our 'Faulty Products' section below for further information.

CHANGE OF MIND

We want you to love our products, so if they don’t meet your expectation, we will happily provide an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Our return form (below) must be completed within 14 days of your order being delivered to your shipping address.
  • Any products returned due to a change of mind, must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or its packaging.
  • Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will therefore incur shipping fees per our shipping policy.
  • We recommend using a registered post of trackable courier service when returning products to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We ensure not just the creative design of our products, but the quality as well. We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty productunder the following conditions:

  • Our return form (below) must be completed within 7 days of your order being delivered to your shipping address.
  • Shipping fees for the return (and subsequent exchange) will be waived.
  • On occasion, we may require request photo evidence of the fault

Note: Due to various monitor settings and calibrations, colours of products may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. As such, any returns due to dissatisfaction with shades of colours, does not constitute a faulty product and will be treated as a "change of mind" return (see above policy).

Purchasing any products from our website means that you agree to the above policies. DIYL Pty Ltd reserve the right to change this policy at any time as required.
